Twenty years after the War of Unification, Setsuna, daughter of the captain of the sky battleship Bloody Rain, descends to the land below.
Blockades and seizures break out across the nations of fourteen races. Inherit the techniques of those you face as cards, then collect, grow and lead five heroes into battle. The story sets the ship's records beside those of each nation, and the same events are written down differently depending on who kept them.
